gardening, adventures, & green careers
It’s EXACTLY what you think.
This is for the wanna-be gardener that can’t keep a plant alive.
But don’t worry, even if you kill a plant, it will just decompose and provide nutrients to the next plant that you hopefully won’t kill.
So, excuse my progress. I’m still learning this gardening stuff.
Feel free to learn or teach… or laugh!
WAIT!!!
Before you scroll too far, I have a FREE gift for you to help you stay organized while embarking on your gardening journey.
Welcome to the GREAT OUT-side of my house-DOORS!
In an effort to stay up to date with the happenings within the environmental field and get a bit more connected in my industry, I am required to actually leave my house and meet people.
*Cries in Socially Awkward*
So I decided to stretch myself outside of my comfort zone and volunteer with cool projects and attend some events in and around Atlanta to really immerse myself in the environmental field. Hopefully I’ll not only expand my network, but also provide a resource, or maybe even a pathway, for anyone else interested in environmental careers. And hey, for shy and socially awkward folks out there like me, maybe I can show you that things and people outside your home aren’t so bad.
As an extension to my Adventures , I am going to be documenting my efforts to build my career in the environmental space. From the job-hunting process to even my failed interviews, I am going to be pretty vulnerable over here.
I figured that turning my pain and process into a story could possibly serve as encouragement and maybe a resource for someone else. PLUS, I’m hilarious AF and I will ALWAYS come with the comedy so we can all enjoy a hardy crackle as I cultivate my career.
